Our under counter ice maker started having some issues. I had just run a cleaning cycle and filter replacement. The machine was making ice very slowly, and the reservoir was overflowing for about 3 minutes every time it would cycle. This melted a lot of the ice in the back of the machine. I called North Dallas Appliance Repair and explained the situation. Scott scheduled an appointment for the technician to come out and take a look at the ice machine. Garrett came and ran a diagnostics and was able to locate the problem. They ordered the part and the next week Garrett came and installed it in about 10 minutes. It’s working great now: good ice production and the overflowing stopped. The time vs labor cost is quite high, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend them.

The tech Jarret was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and professional. COVID-19 has been a trying experience and a hassle to find reputable appliance repair, yet this company cares about their customers and that speaks volume.
